Leadership Culture Ignition
The 8-hour catalytic experience
→ Creates the spark, establishes shared language, surfaces gaps, and gets leaders moving together.
→ One days for 8 hours or two days for 4 hours, live and on-site
→ $7,500 for up to 10 leaders (additional leaders $500/each) plus travel, accommodations, and custom materials.
Founding Pilot Partners will only pay $4,500 for up to 10 leaders (additional leaders $350/ each) plus travel, accommodations, and custom materials.
Participating Pilot Partners will receive a $1,500 Next Level Leadership Implementation Credit when at least 3 managers and 1 executive enroll in the next available scheduled cohort.
What's included in the $4,500 pilot:
Before Ignition: Discovery session, Leadership Culture baseline assessment, participant pre-assessment, customization to the organization's context.
During Ignition: 8 facilitated hours, participant workbook/tools, Leadership Culture Thrust Framework instruction, exercises/application, team discussions, action commitments.
After Ignition: Participant post-assessment, executive/sponsor debrief, 30-day pulse assessment, 60/90-day measurement, written summary of findings/recommendations, leadership sponsor interview, participant feedback, and—subject to approval—the ability to develop an anonymized or named case study.
